The idea is to create an automatic stream of stories, letting publishers offer as much content as they want without breaking a sweat.
This component comes with one menu module to display a link to all the different sections.
If you're creating an online magazine, iJoomla Magazine is an obvious choice. But if you're not creating an online magazine, you can still use the component to organize the content of a static site in a more attractive manner. No, these are two completely different components. They are not changeable and cannot be upgraded from one to the other.

iJoomla Magazine will require you to add the articles to your issues manually so the iJoomla News Portal might be better for sites with a large number of articles. All the content will be added automatically.

I want to build an archive so that my visitors see previous issues of my magazine. Which component should I choose?
iJoomla Magazine offers several modules that provide an archive-like feature: "magazines" displays a link to all the magazines; "issues" displays a link to all the magazine's issues; and the dynamic menu module displays a menu to all the magazines, all of the issues or both.
